Your initial Soft Tissue OT appointment is a comprehensive session focused on understanding your injury, pain, or functional concerns. It includes a detailed assessment, discussion of your goals, hands-on soft tissue treatment, and an individualised plan to support recovery and return to daily activities.

Standard consultations are follow-up appointments designed to progress your treatment plan. These sessions focus on targeted soft tissue therapy, reassessment of symptoms and function, and ongoing strategies to support recovery, performance, and long-term outcomes.
